Target
Exodus-2
Background
Human Exodus-2 (also known as SLC, 6Ckine, and TCA-4) belongs to the CC chemokine family. It is similar to Exodus-1 (known as MIP-3α LARC). Human Exodus-2 has been shown to inhibit hemopoiesis and stimulating chemotaxis. Recombinant human Exodus-2 is a 12.2 kDa protein containing 111 amino acid residues.

Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
