Lyophilized from 1 mg/ml solution of 0.1 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.6.
Reconstitution Instructions
Reconstitute in 10 mM Tris, pH 7.6 to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles will result in some loss of activity.
Handling
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Usage
For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
