Lyophilized from Sodium Citrate, pH3.5 buffer
Reconstitution Instructions
Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 50 ug/ml (e.g., 5 ug/100ul). This will yield a solution of 1 mM citrate buffer (pH 3.5). The solution can then be stored at 4°C for 1 month. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into PBS containing 2 mg/ml albumin and stored at –20°C.
Handling
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Usage
For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
