Physical form description
The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing PBS pH 7.4 containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 100 mM L-arginine.
Reconstitution Instructions
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) in sterile 18MΩ-cm⁻¹ H₂O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Handling
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Usage
For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
