Reconstitution Instructions
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile H₂O or 0.4 % NaHCO₃ adjusted to pH 8-9 to a concentration ≥ 100 µg/ml and sterile filtered. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers, preferably in the presence of carrier protein.

Description

The glands that secrete Luteinizing hormones LHRG and LH, FSH comprise the endocrine signaling system. The term growth hormone releasing hormone GHRH is sometimes extended to include chemicals produced by cells that affect the same cell (autocrine or intracrine signaling) or nearby cells (paracrine signaling). Human recombinant LHRG and GHRH are produced in E. coli or in yeast cells.
