Kit's description
Interleukin-10 inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and helper T-cells. BioVision’s Human IL-10 ELISA kit is an in vitro sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-10 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. The density of color is proportional to the Human IL-10 amount of sample captured in plate.
Highlights
• Detection method: Absorbance (450 nm) • Species reactivity: Human • Application: quantitative measurement of IL:10 in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, culture supernatants and other biological fluids.
