Physical form description
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS. Generally 5-8% Mannitol or trehalose is added as a protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution Instructions
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile deionized water to a concentration of 200 µg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 min. at RT with occasional gentle mixing. Do not vortex.
Handling
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Usage
For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
Gene
C reactive proteins are detected by anti-CRP antibodies supplied by GENTAUR.
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
