HSD17B4 (17-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 4) is a bifunctional enzyme that is involved in the peroxisomal beta-oxidation pathway for fatty acids. HSD17B4 catalyze the formation of 3-ketoacyl-CoA intermediates from both straight-chain and 2-methyl-branched-chain fatty acids.

The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
