Western blotting (1-4 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (10-20 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (10-20 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Other applications have not been determined. The antibody detects 14 kDa Histone H2B when acetylated at Lys12 in samples from human, mouse, and rat origins. The antibody does not cross-react with other acetylated histones.
