Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is an immunoregulatory protein produced by activated T lymphocytes. The biological activities of IL-13 include the stimulation of B cell proliferation and immunoglobulins production.

100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-mouse IL-13 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal.
This antibody has been succesfully tested for use in following methods:
Western blot analysis (0.5-4 µg/ml). Recombinant mouse IL-13 (Cat.# 4165-10) can be used as a positive control. However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

How to handle this antibody:
The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
