Murine microphage inflammatory protein-2 (MIP-2) promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. Murine MIP-2 is a 7.8 kDa protein containing 73 amino acid residues including the ‘RLR’ motif common to the CXC chemokine family that bind to CXCR1 or CXCR2.

Western blot analysis (0.5-1 µg/ml) and Neutralization (2-10 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

How to handle this antibody:
The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
