Tomatidine is a steroidal alkaloid found in the skins of unripe tomatoes. Structurally Tomatidine resembles cylopamine (Cat. No. 1578-5), but does not inhibit the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. May be used as a negative control for cyclopamine (Cat. No. 1578-5).
