Kit's description
PD-L1 involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and production of IL10 and IFNG, in an IL2-dependent and a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. BioVision’s Human B7H1/PDL1 ELISA kit is an in vitro sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human B7H1/PD-L1 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. The density of color is proportional to the Human PD-L1 amount of sample captured in plate.
